Session I: Developing your Wellness Toolbox
December 6 – This is the perfect time of year to engage with others and build our relapse prevention plans / wellness plans. Begin thinking now about your dreams and goals as this is the best place to start.
- In Session I you will add items to your Wellness Toolbox that identify and list the things you use to help yourself feel better.
- The class will be held every Friday from 10am -12pm in December.
- We will meet virtually using the GoToMeeting platform.
- You will receive a complimentary starter journal before the course begins to use throughout the course.
Participants must complete at least 75% of the class to graduate with a certificate. (This allows for one excused absence as we know December is a busy month.) You will get the most out of the class if you attend all sessions. However, make up meetings are available, so don’t be afraid to ask.
