Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery (APPR)

A Comprehensive planning process for monitoring and managing one’s wellness.

APPR is designed to help individuals maintain their potential in their personal wellness journey. It is an action planning process to develop detailed ways to overcome troubling aspects of chronic illnesses. People who have taken this course report an increased ability to see a relapse coming and effectively prevent a crisis.

  • APPR training is comprised of 4, 2 hour session.
  • Sessions are held on a weekly basis.
  • Trainings are available online or through the GoToMeeting APP on your smartphone.

There is no cost for the training. However, Registration is required and space is limited. All trainings will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Trainings will be held several times a year. To register yourself or inquire about group trainings please contact:
