APPR Self-Guided Course

Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery (APPR) is a comprehensive planning process for monitoring and managing one’s wellness. These short modules will guide you through establishing a daily maintenance plan, identifying triggers, developing a triggers action plan, recognizing when things are breaking down or getting worse, and creating an action plan for when things are breaking down or getting worse.

Objectives:

  • Understand your own levels of wellness
  • Recognize your symptoms and when they are starting to arise
  • Develop a plan to attend to your own wellness through each level
  • Assist with maintaining recovery and preventing relapse

This free course will help you realize your full potential and help you plan to maintain recovery on your personal wellness journey.

You are also invited to join our free facilitated online APPR course. There are many benefits to attending the live course, including learning new tools and techniques from peers, as well as creating additional plans, including the Daily Maintenance Plan and Crisis Plan. Please email wellness@wingsacrossal.org with any questions you may have regarding the live course.
