Mindful Mondays

Mindful Mondays are a part of Wings 2024-25 membership benefits and are available all year, free of charge, to all Wings members.  If you would like to become a member of Wings Across Alabama, please check out our Membership page.

Mindful Monday classes will be held via Zoom every Monday at 12:30 p.m. for 30 minutes.  Classes will include guidance on developing a mindfulness practice, meditation, and movement.  Mindfulness has been shown to be a great wellness tool.

No mental health diagnosis is required to participate in this or any of Wings services.  All of our services are available to everyone.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
